I finally got my free personalized luggage tags from KLM airlines. I thought at first that the promo offered at their website to be just a bluff, but I was proven wrong. It was even mailed to me with neat packaging and viola I got nice luggage tags with my preferred pictures. Thanks KLM. Visit their site at www.klm.com
