After a turn back to history from our heritage tours and sight seeing, we ate a sumptuous dinner at Casa Unisan - which is one of the houses inside the Las Casas compound. Featured above is the Kare-kare which can serve up to 4 persons per order. Also we had the Ilocano Pinakbet and the Pritong Manok. I loved the taste and serving size of the Kare-kare (this is actually the 2nd time I've eaten it at Las Casas). While eating it was accompanied with the Filipino songs sung by a lady in FilipiƱana dress and a man in a camisa de chino.
